I create photographs of wild, quiet places—scenes meant to be felt as much as seen. Each print is an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the natural world.
I was expecting a rose-colored sunrise. Instead, I found blue. In one of Baxter’s quiet ponds, the water lay perfectly still during blue hour, that brief threshold when early light settles into cool, contemplative tones. It is one of my favorite times to be out—too early for most, hushed and undisturbed. It offers a gentle awakening of the land, a moment when nature feels balanced and intact, inviting a slower, more mindful way of seeing.
